No credit card required • Set up in under 5 minutes

One link for the family WhatsApp group, and every cousin counted. Guests reply from their phone, add their partner and children, and you see the real headcount before you cook.

  • Guests reply from one link, with no app or account
  • Children and plus-ones add up to one headcount
  • Ask one question: here for iftar, or after taraweeh?
  • See who hasn't replied, then remind them on WhatsApp

For iftar at home, Eid lunch with the family and the Eid open house.

Eid Invitations That Count the Whole Family

Ramadan is busy enough. Let the invite do the counting, so you can plan the food.

One link for the family group

Paste it in the family WhatsApp group or send it in a message. Grandparents open it in the browser and tap yes or no. There's nothing to install.

Every child and plus-one counted

Set how many plus-ones each guest may bring and turn children on. When your aunt replies for six, you see six. The total sits at the top of your guest list.

One question, the answer you need

Add one choice question with 2 to 6 options. Guests who say yes pick one: "Here for iftar, or after taraweeh?", "Which day of Eid can you come?" or "What will you bring?"

A reply-by date on the invite

Set the day you need answers by. Guests see it on the invite, so you have your numbers in time to shop.

Remind the ones who haven't replied

Add guests to your list and Invyt shows who hasn't answered. One tap opens WhatsApp with the reminder already written. You press send.

A QR code for the noticeboard

Hosting a community iftar? Print the free QR code for the mosque or community centre noticeboard. People scan it and reply on the spot.

How to Send Eid Invitations in 3 Steps

Five minutes tonight, a real headcount before the day

1

Create the event

Add the name, date, time and address. For iftar, set the time a few minutes before sunset on that day. For Eid, use the expected date.

2

Set your guest rules

Pick a cover photo, set plus-ones and children, add a reply-by date and, if you like, one choice question. Cap the list if your flat is small.

3

Send one link

Drop it in the family group with a line like "Everything is halal, kids welcome", or print the QR code. Then watch the replies come in.

Before You Send Your Iftar Invitation

Every family hosts in its own way. Some hold a ladies' and a gents' gathering: make one invite for each. Your invitation, your way.

  • Set the time a few minutes before sunset. Sunset moves later every day of Ramadan.
  • Put the expected Eid date. If the moon sighting moves it, change the date. The link stays the same.
  • Say the food is halal in the message you send with the link.
  • Turn children on, so parents add each child and your headcount is real.
  • One person can reply for the household, with a partner and the children.
